Cordless and holds just the right amount of water that elderly people like us can lift when full . As a lover of hot beverages, be it, tea, coffee, latte or hot chocolate, over the years I’ve gone through numerous kettles, both fancy high-end ones to cheap functional ones, and I’ve found that the average life of a kettle is around 3. What I like:*It has a nice simple design* you can easily see how much water is inside, and it also has a level to know how much to put in for one/two/three cups* it is fast to boil* what I LOVE is that the lid opens by the touch of the button so you can fill in the kettle smoothly* the handle is slimmer than other kettles I tried and it means it's easier to holdNegatives:* you might consider it a bit plasticky**It took more boils than I anticipated to get rid of brand new taste but probably around 10 and its been great The outer plastic honeycomb design looks pretty good as does the blue glow on the side while the kettle boils, and as stated in the description, indeed this kettle does boil extremely fast.

Only time will tell how long this will last, but thus far it’s looking promising, so yes, I would recommend this to other buyers on the look-out for a new kettle. What I have noticed is that compared to other kettles I’ve owed, this is relatively light weight. Fair price and looks decent quality so very pleased with our purchase .
