One thing I learnt from this book is that it's okay not to be okay and opening up really does help but just because you may be able to open up doesnt mean your friends and family will find it that easy, so asking them 'are you really okay? I loved this book I couldn't put it down. It really makes you really think about asking twice are you really ok

I can wholeheartedly say this book should be in everyone's house. ' twice and do it in a car setting or a setting that's comfortable to help them open up and as the book says 'be the hero your friends need' ✨My books going on my TV unit for all my friends and family to grab it and give it a read if they want❤️

It's raw, emotional, funny, helpful and informative all rolled into one! A very very hard and emotional yet truly truly incredible read and one that will help so many I’m sure. Thank you for shining a light on the darkest of places. Mental health needs to be spoken about more and not be a taboo subject and this book will not only help you but loved ones aswell.
