This was a great way to spend the time binge watching all 5 episodes during the weekend. This story talks about one of the worst disasters of the late 20th century. Our daughter, who has lived in Russia as well, says even the apartment furnishings and wall coverings are authentic.

I took these pictures of what the reactor cover looks like now. It has an incredible maintainace schedule and will need be replaced on an ongoing basis for thousands of years. This show needs to be seen and as gruesome as the death of people from radiation sickness is.

The DVD was excellent no problems played well well I will be Ordering more good product thank you Devastating the city and how the cover up fron certain higher ups from the power plant caused more damage by minimizing the catastrophe that has occurred. It talks about how in 1987 an explosion in a nuclear power plant in the city of chernobyl in Ukraine during the reign of the soviet union.
