Very fast autofocus. Sadly the Auto Focus is good, but not great on my old XT2. That said for my portrait work its just fine. This lens is amazing for portraits.

100% recommend, but keep in mind the 56mm length is not ideal for indoors. Lens is sharp. I still think its the best 56mm lens for Fujifilm cameras right now, but be ware of older Camera models it may not be super snappy. Best for portrait photography sharp lens amazing i love it💕 auto focus is slow like 10 of 8 not so fast like slow running shorts these lens all images focus but fast moving subject it's hunting like 20 image I click and 7 outof focus but not a deal breaking for me I'm happy 😘 and these lens not Images stabilitation so if you use gimbal or mono podThanks sigma for making these beautiful lens 🔥😘😅 And please launch 18-50 F 2.

I also have this lens for my Canon M5 (which is also old) and the Auto Focus is much more confident. Delivery on time. But it is capable for pushing your camera limits to its maximum extent and takes some amazing portraits images.
