If the banana is too straight or too wide it won't fit - it needs a wider case to accommodate the size variations. Edited: months on and I find it larger than the competition and capable of fitting a variety of bananas, but not too big or too curly - can't say fairer than that :)2 out of 3 bananas didn't fit. Bit crap really.
If I use it I will have to take it to the supermarket to size up my bananas first. If you're on a diet and don't want a larger banana it might work. I was so looking forward to this, and am so very disappointed.
