Do. One thing I did see on the majority of the bad reviews is that it promotes self harm? I am taking this ridiculously seriously and everything I learn is just sticking to my brain.

Overtime you’ll eventually be able to drop the rubber band thing but it’s a temporary solution until you can get your head on straight. This book is very in depth and extremely helpful for me when it comes to BPD. It. I'm excited to read even more.

Seriously amazing stuff, and I am hopeful that this will last with me thru my life and help me with my relationships, be it friends, partners, co workers, or acquaintances. Be warned, there are a lot of word walls, but they're definitely worth reading, and they don't ever go on for too long, and usually lead into an interactive page with questions and such. And travel which would fatigue me before and after group.
