I believe there is a newer model but from my experience, newer doesn't mean better. To my surprise it was FULLY charged. I purchased in November 2020. The quality is really good, the battery is still at prime condition (keep in mind I don’t overcharge my bolt) Despite all the abuse it has taken, it is still going strong!

No extra cords are required for this one. I have not tried the jumpstart option and probably won’t since I have a proper device for that.
