It's as if he left each spice juicy for their respective books, and that makes his own little shiny. The most valuable thing is his story of his eating problems, I think it can be of great help to people going through the same thing. Although he has interesting facts, he doesn't delve into his relationships with the girls. I was negatively surprised by the lack of mentions of his friendship with Emma Bunton, or any in-depth story about the Spice.

When it comes to love, it is also very respectful, it does not provide anything that makes it easier to bring the reader emotionally to the place. It doesn't tell us well how Geri's departure was experienced, or what his re-entry was like.
