It’s going to be a family favourite! Also fun to read the introduction to each recipe. Having cooked many of Dans curry and Thai recipes from all of his previous books, I was really looking forward to trying those from his new BBQ cook book. SL

Attached a photo of the Tandoori Chicken I did last week. This book has been one of my favourites so far, and I’ve made lots of stuff from this book already, and they have been fantastic. The Cedar Plank Salmon with Chilli, Garlic and Lemon Oil.

To top it all off, the author, Dan Toombs is a great bloke. 100% one of the best books from the curry guy collection. I got straight to work cooking the lamb doner kebab recipe and making some kebab shop garlic and chilli sauces to accompany!

It’s a really well put together book which is really easily followed and has some great photographs of the finished dishes. Great book here, lots of ingredients needed but as you’d expect for curry :)Particularly like the coding of dishes to spot direct/indirect cooking and time to cook He has created a fantastic community following filled with people who are more than happy to lend a helping hand and hints and tips on social media. The produce for the recipes can be found in most good high street shops.

Dan is going from strength to strength, and with the new BBQ book, is making the traditional and classic curry dishes and twisting them slightly and adding a new dynamic to BIR and BBQ cooking. My absolute go to book now for a bbq feast! The Curry guy just keeps ripping out amazing creative dishes the photographs and attention to detail in this book is incredible there’s enough info for novices and pros alike to cook authentic n pop up favourites without swamping you with too much scienceLove the new twists n pimp ups of some trad curries I’m seriously impressed summers here so let’s get out there n cook this amazing food
