I have seen improvements and felt it too! Happy with my purchase my mission is to get more toned, we all have busy lifestyles and although I try my best to work out, some weeks it does get forgotten about, what I love about this is I can be working away at my desk whilst getting toned!
i have been using 2 times a day for twenty min sessions on level 60 (sometimes 70 if I'm feeling brave) and can feel the abs working away just as if I'd done a abs workout.
