The arm is sturdy, but has a slight bent to it when you use the full height. .

This doesn’t affect the positioning of the monitor as you can adjust this as well. It generally took brute force to tighten the screw so the monitor wouldn't lean.

The stand is FAR stronger like this, as the load is spread out! A bit fiddly to get them set initially, and there’s no vertical adjustment once set. The stand itself is huge in diameter, and has a really neat cable route that can fit kettle-leads and HDMI cables with ease. It doesn't appear to be getting worse.

I have 2 more f these holding up my monitors. Not much of a con though, as short of a piece of structural steel, a 34" ultrawide will always make these stands lean- Dual base clamp wheels, which are tricky to get level, especially on IKEA desks where it's easy to overtighten and destroy the deskSUMMARY--------------------------------------This stand is night-and-day compared to what I had before, and I'm very impressed at it's value.

There is enough room in the fixing bracket to make a plinth to raise it in fairness but it’s more faff. I use a Dell 34" monitor (less than 9kg) and this product works well for it. Ok product.

I upgraded to a 32inch 7. see pictures. FOR IKEA DESK USERS:This stand will have the same issues as any other with certain desks - if like me you've got a honeycomb desk, it'll crush it with the added weight of two monitors. 5kg monitor and the stand holds fine, is a little bit bent but nothing to worry about.
