The choice is yours to use or not. My mouth smells of nothing for a few hours after using (which never happens), hopefully the time will increase with consistent use.

Bottle was also bigger than I expected, for the price and effects it’s a bargainBest mouthwash I’ve ever had, will buy again This mouth wash mild on the gum and teeth, it also come with a tiny mint sachet as well that you can add to your mouth wash if you like the mint taste.

It’s tasteless which is great cuz I normally have to rinse my mouth after using other mouthwashes as I hate the taste of them (which ur not supposed to do), it makes the effects longer lasting by leaving it in, so great if u have issues with taste of mouthwashes. I have really bad gingivitis and I always use floriguard but I want to try something else as well I told the dentist that i used this and he said that is excellent and that his recommends it but he also said not to use it for more than 5 days straight and then go back to using the Floriguard The 1st day I used it the metal taste that was in my mouth had near enough gone I have used it for a month now and just ordered another bottle even though there is still plenty left I didn't use the mint sachet and it does taste just like water but it works for me
