Has toned my tummy over a 6 week period. Diet, situps and excercise will do the rest. This will aid your toning of your body.
This product unlike other imatitions is a quality toner for you tummy and comes from a reputable supplier. You don't get "Something for nothing". This will not by itself create Abs like Renaldo but over a period of 6 weeks will certainly tone your tummy if used correctly.
