We own a small dog so it is important that the machine provides a deep clean. We even got in a professional team to clean the living room carpet, yet even they couldn't get it anywhere near as clean as this amazing machine has done. Having seen so many photos showing a carpet before and after, I realise most are taken from the wrong angle, so the difference is barely noticeable, so I've not include a photo yet, as I am doing it in stages, as we only have a small house, and finding somewhere to put the furniture is impossible, but I can assure you, even after almost 10 years of boots , shoes, dog cat, dust and ground in hair, this Bissel Stain Pro 4 is an absolute marvel. Excellent on cars that have not been looked after.

I'm really pleased with the results. Smells fresher and look great. The carpet pile is looking better and I think it will improve more after a second clean.
