There’s no compromise on taste. I enjoy mine with oat milk and porridge oats blended together with a few hazelnuts in the morning, it is absolutely delicious. The recommendation is to add 3 teaspoons of the powder to milk of your choice and blend together with half a banana. 8% of the total product, but it still provides a beneficial effect on gut health.

She has tried one or two different types of probiotics but without much effect, partly because she does not like swallowing capsules and even when persuaded, she would often (apparently) ‘forget’ to take them. It certainly doesn’t taste like a “healthy” drink.

Our 18yr old granddaughter has had issues with IBS on and off for a couple of years. Comes in a resealable pouch which can be composted after use. She absolutely loves this product and after two weeks is reporting that she has been feeling so much better, with more energy, no bloating, no uncomfortable and upset tummy and she is also sleeping much better. No hesitation in recommending this.

After a week of having this I find it is really helping my gut health, I feel less bloated and generally have more energy and feel better in myself. Containing both probiotics and prebiotics (including chicory root), you get approximately 30 servings out of one packet. The product is free from dairy, gluten, and artificial sweeteners, and is suitable for vegans. This is probiotic plus prebiotic, much better as the prebiotic will help feed and support the probiotic bacteria in the gut, a true partnership that works well.
Biomel Complete Gut is a delicious and nutritious Belgian Chocolate-flavored probiotic and prebiotic supplement. It contains a blend of probiotic cultures, prebiotic fibers, vitamins and minerals, and digestive enzymes that promote gut health. However, she is a confirmed chocoholic and so we thought we would get her to give Biomel a try in the hope that she might enjoy taking it regularly. Our problem now is stopping her from taking too much.
She takes Biomel daily, mixed into warm milk or sometimes as a smoothie with banana and milk and she finds it delicious. The ingredients list is impressive, featuring 13 different probiotic strains and a variety of prebiotic fibers. Overall, it's a great supplement for those looking to improve their gut health.
