I was looking for taro flavouring but could only find Bulk powders, I came across ube which is supposed to taste quite similar to taro but apparently richer, so I bought this and it does taste a lot like taro! My cookies were soft, moist and flavorful.

I made cookies and used the Ube Flavor Extract. I mix with my half & half and is my favorite foam The first few drops will give the popular ube colour but it will take a few more to get the flavour. I will buy more of this ube extract.
