I have made everything from bolognese cooked on the stove top for over 6 hours, lamb hotpot that started on the stove before going into the oven and even various flavoured jams. Although not bought from amazon this casserole pot has been used by me almost once weekly for over 2 years now. Considering the more expensive casserole pots available I am so happy with it. Its amazing and for the price would 100% recommend!
