I am hoping for the best but one thing I did notice is that I am more alive, energetic at work and seems more thirsty (not sure maybe of heat) but i definitely drink more than I used to. . I have only been on this product for 6 days but already have lost 3lb. Add this delivered about half hour ago that is the state of the bottle will not buy again disgusting I opened as seal was not damaged so it's done at factory side but packers must of seen it or does stevie wonder pack

this does not suppress my appetite its more of a feeling I get full easily and my bowel movement has become a daily thing. I'm currently on a keto diet and it's hard to stay in ketosis (fat burning), these tablets taken one a day with meal keep my fat burning going brilliantly. If you eat any fatty foods I will warn you that number 2's will be more oily but this is normal as it's taking out the fats out your body.

These Keto capsules are brilliant, I'm in my fifties and although I'm fairly slim build I've struggled to shift the fat from my stomach and hips, only been taking them for a short time and I'm feeling the benefits already, they are so easy to swallow and no side effects when taking them, would definitely recommend.
