My wardrobe was full to the top before, they come with a hand pump to suck the air out, but using a vacuum is easier, although some vacuum cleaners might not fit. I needed space bags to save space in the car for when we go camping, I plan to use them for our pillows blankets, coats etc and as there will be no hoover available so I was glad to found these bag that state they are suitable for camping because they come with a free pump. My aim is to compress clothes which I normally fit in my standard suitcase into a new backpack carry on case.

I am now happy that i can get 15 days worth of clothes compressed into my backpack AND keep the weight to 10KG (22lbs) so that it will work with any airline carry on policy (Ryanair is 10kg for example). I move house in a few weeks and am relying on these bags to at the very least survive the journey to a new city so I'll update the review accordingly. So far I've packed 3 bags, one with a high tog/winter superking duvet (which fit in with plenty of space, probably could've packed a pillow in too), I've also packed (as shown in the photos) 1 x double duvet, 2 x pillows and 5 x cushions all into one bag, the third bag I fit 60 x t-shirts, 2 x jeans, 3 x shorts, 3 x PJs and still had a little room for more.

I deliberately did not use a vacuum but only used the supplied pump as it would need to work when on holiday and vacuum would not be available. Reduce storage space massively will purchase again These worked perfectly and I was able to reseal and vacuum them in a matter of minutes by hand. The bags are a good quality plastic, well sealed around the edges with a double seal top, their valve is also a good quality plastic, as are the clips and pump.

She returned home to find their vacuum seals had held on these bags. s this isn't a small tent in the bag it's a large 5 man tent with living area (Coleman waterfall deluxe5) .

The box comes with 10 bags, 12 slide shut clips and one pump. I ordered medium size and upon opening was initially somewhat disappointed. 5% you ask?

Looked cheap. I brought these (and a mixed sized pack) due to the product info and the amount of great reviews and I'm honestly really pleased with them, great find I'm sure you will agree too. So far though - definite recommend based on the 7 out of 8 that have held firm!
