This mixer is awesome. I know how to recognise a product that is perfectly designed for consumers and this is it! I use it mostly to make heavy bread dough and sponges. After returning my second mixer with the same fault and receiving my money back, Vospeed contacted me and seemed very concerned about what had happened and offered me a mixer for free, which I accepted and received.

Perfect every time :) The suction is so good I have lined my cupboard as I would struggle to get it out. I really want to like this mixer, some good reviews and a great price, however having already sent one mixer back with exactly the same problem, it dosent seem that I will get the chance to even evaluate its capabilities, I haven't manage to finish unpacking one yet let alone plug it in.

I even tried for the first time to decorate a cake I made. Sometimes I am a bit worried of it breaking since the dough for the bread has a very dense texture, and it makes a mixer move a bit. Its very easy to use.

For anyone interested in the recipe of the pancakes:200g flour1 tbsp golden caster sugar1 1/2 tsp of baking powderPinch of salt3 eggs200ml of milkJust Chuck it all in the bowl with the whisk and leave it on mid speed for a few minutes and your done! Would recommend this.
