and on the right side is for BecoCleanse+. I don't know how long the bottle will last though and at nearly £8 a bottle is expensive for sea water and most seems to run down the sink and not up my nose. This seems like an odd filled bottle, the bottom half seems empty, and the top half full of the solution.

Just tilt your head a little back, insert the nozzle in the nostril and press it, usually 1-2 seconds its enough for me. Its effective to a certain point but can squirt some of the product back out. It comprises 100% sea water and is meant to clean your nose and help prevent allergies. Made from 100% sea water, comes in a 135 mls package with nozzle.

It's a 135 ml bottle with a pressurised spray which you insert into each nostril and spray for 1-2 seconds and you can use a few times a day. The nozzle needs to be pushed onto the top of the bottle, with care as liquid will skoosh out when fully pressed in, and works like a jet rather than a spray or mist of solution, but the effect is a little getting used to , tilting your head and stick it up the nostril, press down on the button and cleanse the nose, just keep a handy hanky ready for dribbles. (the other variant bottle) I wanted to try this nasal spray as I have used beconase for allergy relief.
Blocked nose can be a frustation and quite inconvenient, where this nasal spray seems to help. I suffer a lot with congestion and nasal issues and personally have not found that this spray has done anything to help reduce congestion or reduction of the effect of allergens so far but will continue to use it to see if it improves over time. I have found that the application is very messy and when you spray, most of the liquid runs back out of your nose, well it is water, so you need to stand over a sink or have a tissue handy. The included leaflet includes instruction on the left side for standard BecoCleanse, (this one) .
Contains 100% seawater that helps unblock the nose and relieve congestion, and blocked noses. I understand its a more natural solution but found other nasal sprays more effective, the reason why i'm giving it four stars.
