Like, it turns on and such, but it doesn’t pick up ANYTHING! 3 kids, 2 cats, a German Shepherd dog, and mu 2 foot long hair. I don’t have any dogs right now but I do have long hair and it has done a good job picking up the hair with no tangling on the brush roll.

I use it every day and it makes cleaning up after my toddlers and dogs a breeze. Now i know i'm getting older and reaching the peak of adulthood. I would recommend this vacuum. I am just hoping it will break so I can throw this garbage away but it hasn’t yet.

There are three easy screws to remove to check this, so make sure you look to that first if it stops suctioning. Here is picture of 2 months of use, not a single strand of hair on the roller I use it on hard wood, low pile carpet and high pile carpet and it does great on all my floor types. Or, please send me a vacuum that actually works, like I know you are capable of producing!

There was a ton of hair stuck in the bottom part of the vacuum. I have purchased two of these vacuums so far, one for my son and one for myself. I’m so impressed with its performance that I decided I could adjust to the weight.
