I washed the windows, dried them then with an ever so slightly damp sponge I wet the windows before pressing on. If you are afraid of your cut, just get Christmas wrapping paper amd cut it to fit.

Great for privacy but lets light through. But now I can see why they are so goodAs you can see from the picture, is a massive difference Then I cleaned the win with a little mild soap and water. Then I peeled the backer, sprayed more solution and started working it with a plastic card squeegee for windows.

I scraped the old tint with a scraper 1st. I cut the vinyl close to the size I needed, then taped it in place. Wanted this as last resort to block out the light in bedroom as my lifestyle is sleeping at 6am.

The film is really thick and is definitely blackout. With the backer still on, I sprayed the window with the water soap solution and cut it to fit. It really does block out all the light, I was a little sceptical before I brought them. .
