The first few "science" chapters are easy to digest (pun intended), and make perfect sense, and I particularly enjoyed her hilarous description the difference between real food examples. Wow! It is really easy and a pleasure to read. Michael

Highly recommended! Overall, the programme appears non-prescriptive, educational, intuitive (Dr Hameed talks about listening to your body rather than counting calories! I can't express how incredibly upbeat this book makes me feel. Non-dietary issues, often overlooked by quick-fix or fad diets, include the importance of sleep, movement, history lessons, language (and a little bit of NLP dare I say?
