Sir Malus
The one I received is of excellent quality. and am sure there are lots of other ways the kids could use it. I highly recommend this netting for bird watching etc. This just goes to show that as far as birds are concerned, if it looks similar too a bush and doesn't move suddenly, then it IS just a bush.

so I wanted something to cover my face and head/camera while in the hide with the front window mostly un-zipped. This ghillie netting has proved perfect for it's intended use and I have even had the occasional visiting bird perching on the front edge of the hide while waiting to take a turn at the available food.
You'll need to cut this out before use it seems. This of course means that the netting is doing it's intended job. Since I purchased this item four years ago in 2012, it appears that it is being made differently too my example i.
I use a camo chair with built-in covering for taking pictures and can get really close too feeding birds about 4-6ft away, sometimes less. The net I bought back then doesn't have ANY white string in it. e. A shame really, as a good product seems to have been spoiled.
there is a lot of white string being used in it now. A small piece of camo netting didn't hide enough I felt and folded over several times, became a little awkward to keep in place all the time.
