I prefer larger sizes in everything. Less extra frills and more firm fit would make this product much better I wear 40" waist pants and these are L size. But I found that if you fluff and fold in half and crease down the middle, this helps a lot to contour to them to the body.

Can't hold up firm and Tite. They are very wide which I have had issues with chaffing between the legs. These are incredibly soft, comfortable and very thin. They are not tight fitting, but just right amount of stretch to keep them up.
These might be slightly noticeable in the back as the padding is very wide and L is loose on me. The pads are very frilly and odd shape.
At first I thought it was not going to be high enough up front for us men, but it seems to be ok. One lasts at least four hours and even perhaps 5. The graphic image of the front does not do justice (what image does?
They are roomey enough to help with that. It does have indicators that disappear when the product has been used, but in reality you know it has to be changed when the bottom rear starts feeling wet. Could make for sport running and more fitted for walking. Lots of padding, exorbitant and fitting.
