. This recipe book is an insight into the untouched world of Persian cuisine that everyone is missing in their lives! Loads of veggie/ vegan recipes in here. Nothing too over the top, yet special enough to wow!

I usually get my sticky notes out and mark the pages I most want to try with a new recipe book, but after marking nearly every page in the first chapter, ive given up! Whether you want a beautiful gift for someone, are a fan of Middle Eastern cuisine, or simply fancy a refreshing cookbook with lots of new ideas, I couldn’t recommend this more. Easy to follow and the results are amazing. Equally, she has been sensible in limiting ingredient lists and suggesting more affordable cuts of meat.
