Nice communication. There are different kinds of magnesium that you can take, I came down on preferring bigylcinate (or glycinate, I've read different things on whether they're actually the same or not! When measuring value for money, well, how long is a piece of string?

Again, with ALL supplements, your mileage may vary, your biological need is unique and you should treat it as such - and ensure you're researching well, and across quality research where possible. All sealed nicely when it arrived. Really disappointed.

Fast delivery. I'm in no way qualified to be making any health claims about vitamin supplement but I'm happy to limit and share my empirical experience of the these. It appears this doesn't contain any bulking agents or binders, but it does contain brown rice powder, the capsule is vegetarian friendly. The media could not be loaded.

Plus much moreThe capsules are quite large but I have no problem swallowing them with water, I can detect no nasty taste or odour, neither do I suffer any side effects. If you've decided that a magnesium supplement is for you, this magnesium glycinate is a good example to chose because the capsules seem to be high quality, easy to swallow, easily digestible, the packaging is very good and builds confidence that they actually contain what they say they do.
