Incredible mind blowing pleasure! Some other reviews have commented on its flexibility, and yes given the weight of the fist there is some wobble. Only after I hacked it down to just the fist did I get to see what this thing was about! Gives you that max stretch while filling and pressing where it should.

I have measured and it is coming in at approx 26cm in circumference/ 10. 25 inches which is awesome (it is a little tricky to measure given its shape so I think it might actually be 26. 5cm/ 10. Also al larger size for very exerienced players would be great :)Very happy with purchase and looking forward to being able to use very soon without using the Bam or Doc Johnson Classic - The Hand - Thick 16 Inch (length) first.
I’m only giving this four stars after having to cut this thing down so I could play with it. I have wanted to buy a clenched fist toy for awhile to up my own training, BUT I wanted a minimum circumference of 10 inches. I’ll leave a pic of what I’m using now. I've attached a pic of both Doc Johnson toys for comparison ;)
Here it is next to my pipedream 3 inch diameter Chubby, and also my warm up toy, the “Intruder” in black, by Ignite. Wow! Definitely worth it for the price! :)If I could change anything I would have preferred it was available in other colours (black, dark brown, red etc.
Once it pops in you won’t want to push it out. The material also has some give (which is better for use really) so once in use and in place it is very comfortable and feels amazing I can testify now to that! ) as it is just more practical and looks better, and maybe a thicker wrist to stabilise the fist more and to give things a bit more stretch. I have no idea why Doc Johnson bothered with the forearm if they weren’t going to make it sturdy.
You need to work out your own technique and to relax to let it do its job. I took the plunge and it arrived today. 4inches)If you are looking for a proper mansized (I'd say medium large ish) fist than I would recommend this toy.
