I applied it to my hands the day it arrived to see how it felt applied, whether there were any reactions to it and how easy to clean off. Ordered and received the item 2 days later, more than enough time for deadlift day. Great value and very fit for purpose Then came the real test:Deadlift day.

5kg, no problem at all. The liquid is a bit thicker and whiter than other I have used before but you need very little and it lasts. I train at home and really don't fancy using powdered chalk due to the mess factor involved. Even managed 137.

Just a very small amount covered both my hands well, no adverse reactions and cleaned off with soap and warm water. Not an issue, they stuck where they were meant to be on the bar for all reps! Have finally turned to chalk out of curiosity more than anything. .

Ray London buying useful tools.

Will definitely be ordering again and would recommend highly After much research decided to give liquid chalk a try.

5kg double overhand grip with absolutely no issues and no straps! The media could not be loaded. I don't put chalk on the pole and only use it when it's really hot so if you rely on chalk you may need a little more or to top-up following a few moves. Found it a massive help with snatch grip deadlifts, usually found as I worked through my sets my hands would slide towards the centre of the bar.

I train deadlift and want to do as heavy as I can without using straps to help train my grip strength, I found anything over 120kg mark that confidence in grip owing to sweaty hands meant I felt happier using straps. Perfect for pole.

Applied before lifting 122.
