All of which l could do with in my 50's, l have only been taking them for a couple of weeks so not sure of any benefits yet, also l take many other supplements too, so its hard to say whats working and what doesn't sometimes. The media could not be loaded.

I found the capsules easy to swallow and simple to take apart and sprinkle the contents in a smoothie, drink or other food. Essential nerve function. I think these are a good value Vegan vitamin supplement l got them because l read they were good for:Healthy thyroid. Joint function.
