There is still a lot of abrasion hanging on the grater. Just rub the ginger over the ribbed surface and pour boiling water over it. Very effective and quick to scrape ginger.

I have already rubbed with it lemon zest - has also worked wonderfully. It is very easy to clean: it is enough a dishwashing brush, running water and detergent. Unfortunately, the tea was often not spicy enough. With the ginger grater you can make a great tea.

I bought the ginger grater for a detox cure and was surprised by the solid quality. I've already washed you in the dishwasher. Be careful with your fingers or use gloves as it is very sharp. I also attached two pictures for a better understanding.
Product consistent with the photos and very well packaged, it arrived intact and is very practical for grating ginger. Good product. It fulfils its purpose and produces very fine ginger shavings, which I can brow or put in soups.
