Very enlightening! As an adult on the spectrum, I recognised so many aspects of myself in this book, and I believe that so many other adult readers may also see their unique traits discussed in this book.

This book tells the story of a 30ish year old woman who doesn't get diagnosed until that age. I know we have been relatively lucky and got a diagnosis earlier than most girls do and we hope this will just make our daughter stronger and set her up to excel in life. In fact, had I have had access to a book like this when I was a child, I wouldn’t have spent so many wasted years feeling alienated, as I too realised well into adulthood that I was also what we now refer to as neurodivergent. It’s fun and informative and doesn’t treat her neurodiversity as a bad thing, it gives good useful tips and insights into the autistic world and how you can help yourself or help and understand a loved one.
