It’s not the best system but I've had DVDs clouded by shiny plastic cases or plastic envelopes with microfiber backing. The hubs on the plastic inserts are not deep enough so it’s easy for the DVDs to slip off.

All the seasons are included plus a small booklet with episode listings/descriptions. The packaging is so-so. However I found that if you use your thumb and apply a little pressure you can slide them out without having to actually touch the underside of the disk.

Maybe they updated thier packaging but mine came in perfect cases just like my bones collection. Also on season 3, let’s see if all the disk works. And now I have it to watch whenever I want! There’s mini documentaries about different aspects of the show.

Packaged very well as you can see from the photos. My set did not come with the pop-up book, which was disappointing. (You even get a chance to see what Howards mother looked like).

Some of the disks fall out of their spot very easily which is concerning because I am nervous they will get scratched by sliding around in the case or falling out when I open it. There is only one flaw to this set and that being the disks themselves are not that easy to remove. I was surprised to see the number of negative reviews about the packaging so I was a little hesitant and even got a CD case just to be safe but it turned out great and perfect! You have the option of playing by episode or by season (each season is covered by two disc).

The product comes in a special, very beautiful, sturdy box, with a bonus disc and a booklet containing the titles of each episode of every season. All 12 season are split between 36 disks with a 37th bonus disk, that come in 4 separate disk cases. But they aren’t the best quality.

With this and the Prime Day sale, it was a a pretty good price, and I am excited to see what comes on the bonus disk. Worth the buy if you're on the fence.
