tastes fine, also this was cheaper than buying one single 10 pack somehow lol However, if you've had a creme egg since January 2015, these are exactly the same. Well had a chance to order them from England and I was right in the picture above the ones on the left are the one from England and the one on the right is USA. Just looking at them you can tell the difference.

The recipe changed back then from dairy milk chocolate to a standard cocoa mix. They're creme eggs, they're fantastic! I had lived in Scotland for 3 years when I first came across these eggs many years ago.

I purchased 100 of these, most on behalf of colleagues, but I've had my fair share so far. However, when they finally came to the USA, they did not seem to taste as I had remembered them. I have still managed to eat up to 3 a day.
Highly recommend the ones from England! The chocolate isn't bad, it's just not as nice as the dairy milk we're all used to. These eggs fill chicks and bunnies to raise funds for our local hospice Francis House. The England version is less sweet and much more creamery and has an outstanding taste to the chocolate!
I couldn't find any information on the filling recipe changing, so I believe that's the same. There are many reviews saying they're not the same as they used to be, and they're correct.
