I have had a one cup machine for 4/5 years but it started playing up so it was time to invest in a new one. When I found this dispenser while browsing the internet in search of one I could use, I was initially unsure but ultimately chose to buy it. Let's start with the positives; it looks great, the controls are clear with easy one touch for different drink sizes, and it chills water very well.

As a result, I started purchasing bottled water, which I rarely used because I drink so much water. Yes the drip tray doesn’t look sturdy enough but I haven’t had any issues with it so far as long as you are careful with it and don’t force it. I usually love drinking water a lot, but lately the quality of the tap water usually leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Before going through the positives and negatives of this water cooler.

I'm a very happy girl, I can enjoy a cup of tea again. Second, even after just one small amount of water, you find yourself having to refill the tank rather frequently due to its small size. . IInstruction booklet has info on how to turn this feature off.

I choose to switch off to save power but then it takes time to re-cool the water. I was happy to replace it like for like but I came across this machine, what sold it for me was the water chiller. No.

I read that those machines don't get the water boiling so aren't great for tea. I was a bit apprehensive about spending so much to put into what is essentially a glorified shed! Nevertheless, the sacrifice is worthwhile.
