So I have purchased this after suffering for months on end with Long Covid Migraines- to the point I could have chopped my head off, while I am using pharmaceuticals, I also needed holistic help too, let me tell you- this product so far has been fantastic, the material is soft, doesn't rub or irritate anywhere and for me gave just the right amount of pressure around my head, I have no doubts it would fit pretty much any sized adult head, the thickness of the gel is great, and the coldness is perfect, although it was a bit pricey, I did take a gamble to buy it and I'm glad I did. The gel is soft and the hat fits perfectly, I’m not worried it will burst as with others I’ve tried. My parcel arrived just now, first impressions the mask are good, but the pouch for storage and freezing is cracked. Realment va molt bé! Not sure if I’ll return it over the pouch since I probably have an alternative.
