I wouldn't say it's a miracle cure, but it has helped. Ashwagandha is one of the supplements i take everyday so getting a years supply in one tub is excellent for me so I'm sure it will be for others who take it on a regular basis , a whole tub to last a year is perfect.

There are so many health benefits to ashwagandha that people will be taking it for different reasons , I take it for anxiety and stress but it has so many other health Benefits, so getting a whole year supply of easy to swallow high strength tablets is superb, I'd definitely recommend. I kept reading about how ashwagandha has a lot of benefits and decided to give them a try.

Really reasonable price for a year's worth of pills. The tablets are a little chunky but you can cut them in half if you find it hard.

I like that the tablets are high strength and small, easy to swallow , no horrible flavours or smell, east to take each day. British made which is nice to see too. I'm menopausal and sleep as well as low moods have not been great for me with other things and I have been taking these for a few days now and my sleep has already improved along with my low moods.
