Cheers! Absolutely replicated the Poffertjes I had in Amsterdam. This pan made the perfect size Poffertjes, fit perfectly over my gas burner, and gave my little Dutch pancakes beautiful color!

What a nice value and surprise at how easy! My boys often asked for these treats for special occasion breakfasts, and I could purchase pretty yummy pre-made ones from the grocery store. until today! I surprised my 11-yr-old with a birthday breakfast of beautiful and delicious Poffertjes, thanks to this pan!

It makes 19 pancakes at a time, which is about one serving for my hungry kids, but they cook up fast! Had to practice a bit - but we had a lovely breakfast with strawberries, fresh cream and syrup.

My children had a lot of Dutch friends and were quickly introduced to Poffertjes. You'll have a ton of these so plan to cook them all and freeze if you don't eat all in one sitting. oh one last thing - get the mix they recommend imported from Holland and definitely get a squirt bottle to portion on the pan - quick and no mess!

The pan says only gas stove, didn't see this on purchase, and I have conduction heat - but worked like a charm. We lived in northwest Germany, near the Dutch border, for three years. If you want to make Poffertjes at home, this pan is the way to go! We moved back to the US a year and a half ago, and our lives have been devoid of Poffertjes .
