Do not use longer then recommended especially if it’s for a quick fix of an issue. Yes it does sting and I could not swish it around for the whole minute but in my experience I did as long as I could and it did give me relief and now thankfully I have no more pain!

Dentist recommended this as i had sore in gum from surgery (dental implants and then was given a retainer that cause a cut inside my gum)This is my go to and i keep some on handHINT/reminder. Make sure if you use the cup that it comes with (the lid) that you sanitize it after EACH USE.

I had a canker sore inside my mouth, started using this after 3 days of nothing but trying salt and after 5 days I no longer have pain! Very good item as y aspected and very fast delivery I do have sensitive gums and after a dental cleaning and check up he does recommend that i use it for 3 x a day for two days AFTER my check up and appointments only.

This is a great product that does its job vety well, highly recommended! I ONLY used this as dentist recommends and i keep on hand as he tells me when or if to use again. Takes the smell and taste of the cigar from my mouth. I use this product after I smoke a smooth cigar.
