4. The only thing that might need improvements is the startup time, cause it might seem like it's dead, when it's actually just taking it's time, but I guess it's up to tp-link to fix that. Drag the blue WAN1 icon into the 'Primary WAN' and the other blue WAN2 into the 'Backup WAN', click add and thats it.

It took 5 mins to configure the whole Load Balancing configuration. The ping times on 4G were only 40ms more (three home MiFi upto 150Mbps up and down). Cheapest Load Balancing Router in market.

I noticed a very small gap of a few seconds when using teamviewer during the switchover. The support agent XANDREX took me through step by step on how to configure it correctly was very patient and with screen shots we got there in the end. digital-divide in Italy is a problem.

It's optional! I have only one OUT which goes into the back of my main internal router, so this sits between the internet and the router / internal devices. TP-Link never disappoints you!
