Bad side is the speaker is very loud. It is on the back of the dogs head, I’ve muffled the noise with some bluetak temporarily and will get some hardening putty at some point on the inside at some point but my daughter doesn’t care in the slightest and my ears are much better so may never get around to it! She loves it.
