Stephanie
who visited the LL Bean store and wrote a polite but well reasoned and passionate letter to the CEO about the importance of using paper straws instead of plastic. Timely message. The story has a happy ending, the concept and morals of the story is definitely relevant and essential for the next generation to learn about in a gentle and proactive way. This beautifully illustrated book does an exceptional job of putting environmentalism in a context that is much easier for kids to understand.

The illustrations are vivid and the message is clearly laid out. So glad I bought it and would recommend for any nature/planet/animal loving kids. Very cute and impressive artwork.

Part of the problem in this country is that no one respects anyone or treats a person with an opposing viewpoint civilly. It is simplistic but the animals and the little girl will resonate.

Very educational book which is loved as a story anytime and has also inspired my 5yr old daughter to want to find out more, its inspired several arts and craft projects. You are never too young to make a difference! This book addresses big issues in a way that little kids can understand.

Highly recommended! It's a gentle story about how the giants are destroying the forest and making the animals unhappy, the animals ask greta to help them, she feels so sad she comes up with an idea to try make the giants change their ways.

What an awesome way to get young kids involved in becoming more aware of what's going on with our planet. Well written in simple terms with amazing illustrations at a decent price.

eschewing education to protest is far less productive than studying science and government to learn how to make an impact. sadly political interests have moved from pandering to veterans to exploiting children. The story is inspired by the incredibly inspirational Greta Thunberg.
