This is the first Stephanie King novel and I was left wondering why the author did not bring back this character's love interest in the final scenes as she did the defence lawyer. I love all of Rachel Abbotts' books but this one is at the top of my list now. Received this book within a week and it was wrapped very carefully and safely.

I enjoyed this Rachel Abbott story but not quite as much as I have enjoyed her others. If you like psychological thrillers, this book is A MUST READ! I recommend it but I don't think it quite reaches the standard of Abbott's other work.

It's captivating and keeps you on the edge of your seat all the way until the very end. . The condition is very good.
but, it took another twist and totally blew me out of the water! I thought I knew the ending. The complex plotting of all the other Rachel Abbott psychological thrillers is in the his story which polarises around two women and involves their separate past.
