As this is somewhat confusing (see below) I would like to suggest that the label includes something like "for more information on our processes please contact info@. Fast delivery, just what I needed for my garnish, they are expensive so will use sparingly They choose to keep the warning label stating that the factory also handles gluten-containing products to be transparent about processes. 60 that could have been spent on something I can actually eat :(
