(I think it’s best used close to the skin and under clothing)I think she is walking a little better with it attached and I’m hoping for more improvement over time Trying this for my elderly mother who staggers every time she stands, I’ve had success myself with similar belts that hold you in. The effect is a bit unexpectedly good.

This sacroiliac joint strap is sturdy and highly elastic, with unilateral adjustment Velcro. It is not wide enough. This is a belt that you fasten around your lower back/hip joint with Velcro, there is a a top strap that you then tighten as much as you comfortably can.

The media could not be loaded. The belt does indeed fasten to the smallest of waist sizes as you can see from my pictures, where the ones without me wearing the belt were taken after my 6 year old son tried the belt on to see how adjustable it actually was. Having read another review on this Vitto sacroiliac hip belt I was expecting it not to be very good, but once I received it my concerns were soon put to bed as it’s obvious that the reviewer did not understand how to use it. Now I have suffered with pelvic tilt and lower back disc troubles for many years and you may be able to vaguely make out from my photos how out of alignment my hips and back actually are.

The straps can be pulled tighter on one side which aids in correction and taking the pressure off that side over time and really helps to alleviate the nerve and joint pain. If the width can be increased by 2 cm, the support range of this binding to the joint will be greater, and it will also be able to relieve the pressure on the hip bone. It will comfortably fit most adults as I weigh in at close to 16st which is considerably bigger than my son.
