I've returned my copy for a refund, cancelled my Amazon order for Volume 2 and will buy elsewhere - hopefully other retailers will pack things properly! Absolutely unacceptable. The only note I can make is about the lack of transposition into Italian. The guides an absolute masterpiece!

Don't buy it from Amazon. One star for the condition book was received in - marks indented on the front and back, with damage to one corner. The book also shows how to achieve the various endings, and has walkthroughs for the numerous castles, dungeons etc.
