I put them in my af1’s and jordan mids and it only protects the front. Protect your Jordan’s or whatever type of shoes you wear from creases. They fit well in the shoes, didn't cause discomfort, and helped to not make creases in the shoes when walking normal.

better then nothing though I did feel a lil but of discomfort for a bit in one pair of Jordan’s but it was temporary. At first it seemed that they would not provide the much needed support. You get 2 pairs of crease guards.
