Flicking through each page my mouth was literally watering, I want to cook every single recipe. It's a really nice looking gold book, good size and taller than his others. If you like cooking Chinese food and haven't used any of his books before I highly recommend it you won't be dissappointed.

This book has everything you need to create a Chinese fake away! Only a simple recipe with 5 ingredients but really delivered on taste i added a drizzle of sesame oil at the end and it was sublime we both said I'll have to make that again.

I've made 1 already in the pic is the chicken thighs roasted in oyster sauce omg I cannot tell you how tasty they were ! Some recipes I'll need special ingredients for online bit once I have them there's loads you can make with them.

Wow! Don't let that put you off as there's also loads of recipes that use basic store cupboard ingredients everyone will have in already. I'll add more pics as I make more if i get chance to take them before I start scoffing the food lol Well written recipes (in English, of course), and so I recommend the book to those who love to cook, but the cover arrived a bit bruised, it would have been better to send it with a slightly stiffer package, for this reason I'll put one star down.

Condiments such as doubanjiang and yellow bean paste pop up in quite a few recipes but they aren't hard to get hold of these days. Can’t wait to get stuck in. Some reciles can be found in hos other books but i dont mind that as theres plenry new 1s too. Sadly it arrived damaged (as seen in picture) but will be getting a new one sent out by Amazon shortly!

I pre ordered this as I have 1 of Kwoklyn's books already and have made lots of recipes everyone a total banger and I'm not dissappointed. Can't wait to get my cook on 😋🍜 The recipes look amazing and easy to follow. My mouth was watering reading through it and I already have a huge list I'm going to cook.
