I would definitely be happy running this off the 12V in my car and not be worrying about being left with a flat battery! Amazon were contacted. !

When the box was in freezer mode the outside of the box became covered in condensation quickly which dripped down the sides. Went out to van today (it’s running of leisure battery) still plenty of power in it but fridge was showing F1 and had cut out. Edit: a brand new 240Wh battery pack only lasted about 8 hours when filled from 4C with 3L of room temp tap water to freeze at -20C.

Very easy on electric for people of the grid. Through the app you can control the set temp and switch between eco and max mode as well as other settings but the best feature is that it displays a voltage read of your battery.

4v. The housing looks well made, inside it's got a light, plenty of room for my needs, the lid clicks down good and has 2 pull out carry handles, so it'll be easy to carry.

love it! Got the KT18 delivered today, It does look like it's a refurb though or customer return, there's a slight indentation on the housing near the fan outlet as you can see on the photo, no clear plastic protector covering the LED screen as I see on other Alpicool review photo's, slight scuffs on the housing around the LED screen and the box with the power leads look used a slight tear in the box. One other thing I noted was that the box isn't very well insulated! I have only had this since yesterday and it is already a game changer.

). The battery was fully depleted and didn't manage to freeze anything. The main reason I bought this particular box was because of the low (ish) power draw (about 4-5 amps p/h) and the competitive price. I got this for my truck .
